Cancellation Policy

PartyPOP Booking Policy 1. Booking & Payment A deposit may be required to secure your rental. The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of delivery. Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. 2. Delivery & Pickup Drop-off and pickup times are approximate and may be adjusted based on scheduling, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. The renter must ensure that someone 18 or older is present at delivery to sign for the rental. 3. Setup Requirements The designated setup area must be clear of debris, pet waste, and obstacles before delivery. The renter is responsible for ensuring that the inflatable will fit in the desired location and that the area is accessible for delivery and setup. The renter must provide a working power source within 50 feet of the inflatable’s location. If a water inflatable is rented, a working water source and hose must be available. 4. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made at least 1 day before the event may be eligible for a refund or reschedule (minus any non-refundable deposit). **If no deposit was charged at the time of booking, a $50 fee will be applied upon cancellation.** Once the inflatable has been delivered and set up, refunds are not possible, regardless of usage. 5. Renter Responsibilities & Liability The renter assumes responsibility for the inflatable during the rental period and agrees to use it safely and as intended. PartyPOP is not liable for injuries, property damage, or incidents arising from improper use of the inflatable. The renter agrees to supervise all users and follow all provided safety guidelines.
